Phase 1: Weight Loss — Reset Your Body to Burn Fat
This initial phase restricts carbohydrate intake to encourage your body to enter ketosis. Ketosis is a natural and safe state where your body burns stored fat for energy instead of carbohydrates. During Phase 1, you’ll focus on maximizing fat loss until you reach your personalized weight loss goal.
Phase 2: Stabilization — Healthy Weight and Habits
Once your target weight is achieved, Phase 2 helps you gradually reintroduce carbohydrates and healthy fats back into your diet. You’ll receive a customized Macro Code — a unique balance of macronutrients tailored to your needs — to help maintain your new weight and manage hunger effectively.

Phase 3: Maintenance — Because You Deserve to Feel This Good
For 12 months after Stabilization, you’ll continue receiving ongoing support and education from your coach. Your coach will help you integrate your Macro Code into daily life and introduce new strategies during each visit.
Stay connected with your coach through our app and Wi-Fi scale, and schedule “tune-ups” whenever needed to keep you on track.
